Check-in & Check-out :

– Arrival: after 4 PM
– Departure: before 10 AM

**Damages and Additional Fees:**
You may be held responsible for any damages caused to the vacation rental during your stay.

House Rules : 

– Suitable for children: ages 0 to 17
– Maximum number of guests: 10
– Minimum age to rent a property: 30
– Pets are not allowed
– Events are not permitted
– Smoking is allowed outside (on the terraces and in the garden, of course).
