Cancellation Policy
Unless in cases of force majeure:
– In the event of cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date:
The tenant who initiated the cancellation will forfeit the deposit paid.
– In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date:
Both the deposit and the balance paid by the tenant who initiated the cancellation will be retained by the owner.
– The owner who initiates the cancellation will refund the deposit and the balance paid by the tenant.
